Today I had the opportunity to learn about land planning through a workshop hosted by The Urban Land Institute.
There are a lot of complexities in development. It was great that I was joined by Mayor Engerman and Mayor ProTem Eubanks, the city’s community development director, senior planner, and communications assistant, and members of the planning commission and the chamber.
I have a lot of respect for developers. They take on a lot of risk and when it works out well, they earn a great reward.
