Budget
Let’s talk numbers. One of the first things I did when I started on council in December 2024 was go through every line of the 2025 budget. Did you know Colorado ranks fourth-worst nationally for recidivism overall, but rates vary by offense type: property crimes have higher recidivism (up to 78% nationally), while violent crimes are lower.
