Small Town Hospitality

I decided to run for City Council to have an impact on how our city is run. I wanted to serve and contribute to helping make the city better.
My three tenets are smart financial management, thoughtful growth, and small town hospitality.
How we treat others says a lot about us. I value relationships and strive to make even the smallest encounters meaningful.
I bring this philosophy to the city council and shared the book, Unreasonable Hospitality, with the council, advocating that we embrace that in all we do and how we serve.
In speaking with several of the landowners in our city, all of them shared that their work with the city manager, city clerk, community development director, senior planner, and mayor were positive.
When I asked a new business owner what it was like opening a business here, he said it was quick and easy and an overall positive experience.
This is what we want to be known for in Castle Pines. - a great place to raise a family, grow friendships, and build a business.
I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions or if you’d like to meet up to chat.
I encourage you to do the same with the city staff.
They are all passionate about what they do.
What does unreasonable hospitality mean to you?
