Thoughtful Growth

One of the main reasons I am running to continue as a council woman is to promote thoughtful growth in Castle Pines.
What that has looked like - voting to support a moratorium on vape shops and tattoo parlors. As a council, we agreed these are not the types of businesses that reflect the desires of the community.
What that will look like in my next term - (with your support electing me!) - working with the council, staff, and planning commission to update our site improvement plan to include high standards and objective measures so that when businesses, investors, and developers apply, they can be reasonably assured that once they meet the criteria, they will be approved to begin their business in Castle Pines.
