Two commercial developers joined the city council on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to share their thoughts on development in Castle Pines.
Two areas that stood out to me:
There is no need for a designated economic development person. Working with the community development director, manager, and mayor is sufficient and has been beneficial.
There is a need for more predictability and certainty for developers when they are considering a city in which to begin development. This is an area I am committed to working on with your vote for me to continue on the council.
